Cauliflower & Broccoli Mash

Prep Time: 5 Mins | Cook Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 20 mins

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 head of Broccoli

  • Half a Cauliflower

  • 2-3 tbsp Coconut Cream

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Spinach (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Steam the Broccoli and Cauliflower in a pan for around 10 minutes or until soft

  2. Once softened take off the Cauliflower and Broccoli from the heat and drain

  3. Use a stick blender to mash the Cauliflower and Broccoli together

  4. You can also add in the optional spinach here for added greenery

  5. Finally add in the coconut cream for a creamy texture

This is a great side to add onto any dish!
