250ml Unsweetened Vanilla Nut Milk
250ml Water
1cup Leafy Greens (spinach, kale, chard, etc. - fresh or frozen)
1 Banana (frozen)
1cup Pineapple (frozen)

2 scoops Thorne Mediclear Nutritional Powder

Optional Add-Ons
1 TSP of liquid chlorophyl
1 TBSP flax or chia seeds
1 TSP of parsley/coriander

Blend it all together and enjoy!
