Ingredients

250ml Unsweetened Vanilla Nut Milk
250ml Water
1 TBSP of Flax or Chia Seeds
1/4c Nuts (Almonds, Walnuts, or Macadamia)
1-2c Mixed Berries or Wild Blueberries (frozen)
1 Banana (fresh or frozen)
2 scoops Thorne Mediclear Nutritional Powder

Blend it all together and enjoy!
